My Wife and I purchased a New Wagoneer at David Stanley and the experience was top notch from start to finish. Kareem Richardson was our Sales Associate and did the most amazing job. (Efficient, Respectful, and Hardworking) Gregory Forsythe was our Customer Service Rep and was, as good as they come. That young man has a bright future. The dealership was extremely busy, but everyone at David Stanley made sure that while we waited, we were comfortable. Great Experience Overall!

I want to thank David Stanley, especially Bill Dobson, a Service Advisor for going over and beyond. This is a dealership that backs what they sell! In a time when companies want to avoid paying for things, my son and I were very fortunate that we had purchased our vehicle from this dealership! We purchased a Kia and being used thought it prudent to purchase the extended warranty. There was an issue that would've been covered by Kia's powertrain warranty however, we didn't have all the records from the previous owner and could not get them. So Kia would not cover it, then we reached out to the extended warranty company and they advised us to authorize an engine breakdown to the tune of $1200 and once it was broken down, the service department told them that they were ready for an agent to come out and it was at that time that the service agent was told oh no, this is covered by Kia's powertrain warranty and that I needed to contact Kia. Well, already been there, already done that and the warranty company knew this! So Kia wouldn't cover it nor could we get information on any service done at the Kia dealerships prior to our ownership because of what is equivalent to HIPAA laws! It's a car for crying out loud anyway the bottom line is I was falling between the cracks. I purchased the vehicle and the extended warranty in good faith. Bill reached out to his manager, the sales department, everyone he could to try to get this rectified for us. And finally they did. David Stanley ended up taking care of it even though they couldn't get anywhere with Kia or the warranty company. I am forever in their debt and grateful to stand up people, and a company that is willing to do the right thing even if it costs them money!

The facility itself is super-nice, and wow, do they have the inventory! If you're shopping for a new Jeep, more than likely they will have what you're looking for!

Your customer service tech Alex went above what we ever expected from a dealership.We were from out of state (Ohio) and he really took good care of us you are lucky to have him on your staff also your mechanic was great coming in early to get our truck done we really appreciated all that was done for us
