What's New for the 2024 Jeep Compass?
The 2024 Jeep Compass is a strong contender for small SUV shoppers in the Midwest City area. This popular model sits between the Jeep Renegade and the Cherokee, a mid-generation version this year. Only a few minor improvements are introduced for the 2024 Compass. The popular Trailhawk trim level now has all-terrain tires. Later in the year, the Compass will be available with a new appearance package and equipment package. In addition, the Compass will have new wheel designs and a grille insert later in 2024.
Except for these available and upcoming improvements, the 2024 Jeep Compass is comparable to the 2023 model year. It has the boxy look that Jeep is known for, but its design has been muted with sleekly raked windows at the front and rear. The sides show off a minimized pinstripe accent line and squared-off fenders. The nose protrudes slightly, which places the bar-style grille at an angle. This is a wide, short grille that links to eye-catching LED headlights. Select 2024 trim levels may be outfitted with exterior features like heated mirrors, roof rails, fog lamps, a black roof, auto wipers, and a few additional features.
The five trim levels for the 2024 Jeep Compass are comparably engineered. They all come with a 200-horsepower, turbo 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine. Every Compass also has all-wheel drive and an eight-speed auto transmission. The TrailHawk trim adds a raised suspension, hill descent control, a rock driving mode, and low-range gearing.
The Compass will continue to impress you with its exceptional safety and cabin features. Across some or all trim levels, the 2024 Compass offers a forward collision warning, wireless smartphone app connections, USB ports for both rows, lane departure mitigation, a keyless ignition, leather upholstery, remote engine start, heated front, and rear seats, a leather-covered and heated steering wheel, a two-zone automatic climate control system, a navigation system, a panoramic sunroof, an Alpine sound system with nine speakers, driver's memory controls, a 10.3-inch digital driver's panel, highway driving assistance, automated parking and several other advanced features.
