 What's New for the 2023 Jeep Gladiator?

The Jeep Gladiator delivers extreme utility, bold styling, and an excellent combination of standard and optional features. It pulls together the rugged performance of an off-road-ready SUV and the functionality of a pickup truck. Numerous updates are introduced to the 2023 Jeep Gladiator. The Freedom package is offered for the first time with the Sport S trim level. This military-themed vehicle also has rock sliders and a steel front bumper. The High Altitude's new Capability package includes a front off-road camera, steel rock sliders, and a winch-capable front bumper. If you choose the Willys trim, your Gladiator will have new additions like remote engine start and keyless entry. Across all trim levels, Snazzberry paint is no longer available, and High Velocity Yellow is added.

The 2023 Jeep Gladiator shares many design traits with the Wrangler, including its boxy shape, flat surfaces, circular headlights, and grille design. It has a four-door crew cab configuration with a 5-foot truck bed. Depending on the trim selected, the Gladiator may come with steel wheels, 32-inch tires, all-terrain tires, a fold-down front window, a folding soft top, rear privacy glass, auto headlights, raised fenders, auxiliary switches, a spray-in bedliner, a roll-up tonneau cover, a three-piece hardtop, and others.

The two powertrains available in 2022 continue to be offered in 2023. The 285-horsepower, V6, 3.6-liter engine comes with your choice of an eight-speed auto or six-speed manual transmission. The 260-horsepower, turbo-diesel V6 has an eight-speed auto transmission. All Gladiator trucks come with four-wheel drive. Select trims have enhanced capabilities with equipment like hydraulic jounce bumpers, a lifted front suspension, Fox internal bypass shock absorbers, a reinforced frame, a locking front differential, and a disconnecting stabilizer bar.

The 2023 Jeep Gladiator is well-equipped across its full trim lineup to keep drivers and passengers comfortable and engaged. Some of its many modern features are adaptive cruise control, leather upholstery, parking sensors, heated front seats, rear USB ports, an 8.4-inch central display screen, an Alpine sound system with nine speakers, keyless entry, smart device app integration, and others.
