I was greeted as I pulled into the service driveway by a friendly professional who got me checked in quickly. He told me it would be an hour or less. He guided me to the waiting area. Soon I received a text that invited me to communicate with him about the service on my truck. Soon my truck was done. Thanks to everyone who made this visit painless.

I came in just to look around and was quickly greeted by Jace, he walked me around the show room asking what I was looking for. We quickly determined the right car for me and then looked at different packages. I wasn’t looking to buy that day but was pleasantly surprised with his customer service.
Usually buying a vehicle is a nightmare. Not this time! Everybody at David Stanley, from my sales guy, Mauricio, to the financing and even setting up the app, Jennifer, they made it so easy it was almost fun! My caveat: I dealt with the services side. My experience was great. I went in with the idea that my auxiliary battery was covered under my extended warranty. I was politely and adequately told it was not. So I had to readjust. The service advisor explained that I needed a new auxiliary battery, and I declined to pay the "shop fee." It was expensive, and I could do it myself, so that is no fault of the dealership because they have to do what they must--no bid deal. The service folks sold me the correct battery and explained what I needed to do because it was more complex than I thought. I changed my battery to save some money and will return to have them recheck my vehicle. I gave them five stars: The parts department could not have passed on knowledge about my battery, but they did. They could have smiled and sold me the part, and I know I would have gone home and said, "WTF is this." So they went an extra step to ensure my problem or would-be problem was rectified. My service advisor communicated everything to me fast and professionally in plain language. Everyone in the "fast lane" area offers greetings and a will to help. I even got to hang out with one of the salespeople while I waited. He offered great conversation, and while he attempted to sell me a vehicle, once he realized I was waiting in the service department, we just hung out until a buyer came in, and he went off to work his magic. I will re-evaluate once my car is fixed, but if I do not edit this, everything went great, and the review will stand.
Had our 24 Jeep Compass in for a recall, had couple other small issues looked at which were resolved. Work was preformed quickly ( little under a hour).
Best dealership to purchase a new or used vehicle. We have purchased all of our vehicles there, 6 or 7 total. We tell everyone we speak with to purchase their next vehicle there. Staff is very knowledgeable & polite. Hats off to Brian Fox for providing great service as always, he's the best! We will not purchase from any other dealership as they are very honest which is hard to find. Customer service is top notch! Only person we found that was not very courteous was the cashier, Ciara {sp?}. She openly chomped on her gum, was curt & rude to my wife - this was not the 1st time dealing with her & she displayed the same arrogant attitude previously to myself. Only time she even smiled was when the boss came around. Amy on the other hand was a very nice, respectful plus a joy to speak with; kudos to Amy. Thank you David Stanley Dodge for your integrity & honesty!!!

Everyone worked extremely hard to get me into the car I wanted. The salesman were patient with me in finding what I wanted and worked hard to get me a payment I could afford. Everything about the vehicle and features were explained so I could understand how everything worked. This is the second vehicle I bought from here and I would definitely always come back if I needed a new one.
This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. We get all service done at the dealer. The service department has improved greatly since the first vehicle we purchased in 2010.
Overall I had an excellent experience. I will be honest though, the experience did take a bit longer that I was expecting. Give yourself enough time. I spent 8hrs at the dealership. 1 of that was picking the right truck, 1 hour coming to an agreement on price and 6 hours waiting to get into the finance office, (WIFI was slow so the documents took forever on my phone), detail and fueling the truck... They were extremely slow but ultimately it was a good move as this dealer beat my local dealers price by 14,000. That I can live with. The bigger disappointment was when I was waiting to leave. I had a 2 hour drive home. I had to take my truck without having a complete detail (That was my choice as 6 hours was plenty of time and I didn't have time to wait any longer). Upon my arrival home, I found that two chrome threshold strips missing on the drivers side which I'm sure they will order and take care of and There was a large scrape on the painted door handle on the passenger side. I contacted the salesman and he said they would take care of that so there aren't any complaints on that side of things. It was worth the drive and I was treated well. I was especially impressed with my salesman. He was young but extremely helpful and because he was so helpful, I bought from him and he made a commission on an $81k truck. If you visit this dealer ask for Braden. He is the man and I will be back to buy from him in June. Thank you Braden! Thank you David Stanley CDJR for my beautiful truck and treating me so well. I sure appreciate it. I give a 5 star experience as it's been one of my better experiences, other than the wait time. I've purchased 19 new vehicles in the last 10 years and this was my 2nd best dealer experience.
